Shipping policy

We scoured the market and came to the conclusion that Royal Mail provides the best service for the most reasonable price.

48 tracked service, at a flat rate of £3.50. (please allow upto 5 working days for parcels during busy periods/seasonal times of the year).

Parcels are dropped off and/or picked up by courier within 24 hours after your order is fulfilled. 

ALL tracking information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided by yourself at checkout, so please ensure this information is 100% correct before leaving the page and checking out. 

We have chosen tracked service as this gives us clarity that you will receive updates regarding your order, this includes ourselves being notified about orders being received/dropped off at the address provided at checkout. 

Collection - FREE - Please contact us via EMAIL, INSTAGRAM, or OUR FACEBOOK page for the collection address. (NO MESSAGES TO OUR PERSONAL ACCOUNTS - Only select this option if you live within the area of CH62, Wirral, or Merseyside. It is your own responsibility to collect your order within 48 of receiving the fulfillment email. (please contact us if you cannot meet this deadline).

If your order has NOT arrived within the 2-5 business days please contact us and we will help as much as we possibly can.
