Refund policy

Home Beauty By Cjt offers a 14 day returns policy (14 days from the day you receive your order).

If the 14 days pass (from your delivery date) we will unfortunately NOT be able to offer you a refund on your products purchased.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund you MUST return the products to us in the condition that you received them WITHIN the 14 days return policy.

To be eligible for a refund the requirements in which have been set are as followed:

• Returned to us in the same condition you received
• If the product is faulty or not as advertised 
• The Product MUST not have been used or broken upon return to us

IF YOU ARE SENDING AN ITEM BACK TO US, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POSTAGE COST UPON RETURN. 

If you think you are eligible for a refund and/or need our returns address please email us with the following information:

• Full Name on the order
• Order number / proof of order
• Description of the issue (please include photographs).

Once we have received your returned products we will inform you via social media or email, we will then be able to analyse if you’re eligible for a partial or full refund.
